Annual General Meeting and Members’ Luncheon was held at the Terminal City Club.
Chairman Claude Tchao
Gave his annual report reviewing projects that the Board of Directors were working on, the delegation that was organized by APCEO Canada to attend the 2010 World Emerging Industries Summit and negotiations to Host a Forum in Vancouver for the Executive of APCEO Worldwide, Organizing Committee from Jilin Province, Herbei Port Authority and several independent Business owners.
Peter Podovinikoff, Vice Chairman Finance
Gave the finance report as provided by accounting firm Wong, Robinson & copies were provided to all.
Florence Gordon
Reported on the nominating committee and the Directors that have agreed to serve a new term were announced and sworn in. No election was called as all openings were filled.
